Security in the details
Hosted in the EU
Recordings, transcripts and analysis are stored on EU infrastructure.
Words, not voices
Scores come from what was said. VOIX doesn't analyse emotion from voices and doesn't create voiceprints, in line with the EU AI Act's limits on emotion recognition at work.
AI with zero data retention
AI models are reached with zero data retention. Providers don't store your calls and don't train on them, and neither do we.
Organisation and team scopes
Owners, admins and members see what their role allows. Calls, checks, lenses and API keys belong to an organisation or a team.
Your data, kept apart
Every organisation's data is kept strictly separate, so one customer can never see another's calls.
Strong sign-in
Sign in with an email code, Google or a passkey. Owners can require passkeys for everyone in their organisation.
Keys that do one job
Give your phone system a key that can only send calls, keep full access for your own integrations, and limit any key to a single team.
Encrypted
Data is encrypted in transit and at rest, and access to production systems is limited to the people who need it.
A DPA on every plan
You stay the controller of your call data. We process it only on your instructions, under a data processing agreement.
Who handles your data
Every provider we use processes personal data only on our instructions, under a data processing agreement, and in the EU wherever possible. The full list is in our privacy policy. For the rules on your side, read our guide to recording calls under the GDPR.
