We work remotely across Europe, with enough overlap in the day to talk things through when writing isn't enough.
A small team, real ownership
Everyone owns a part of the product end to end, from the problem a customer has to the code that solves it.
Evidence over opinions
The product answers with evidence, and so do we. Decisions start from what customers said and what the data shows.
Ship, then refine
We put work in front of customers early and improve it with what we learn, instead of polishing in private.
