Privacy Policy

Last updated: July 21, 2026

Introduction

VOIX ("we", "us", "our") operates the voix.tech platform and related services. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard information when you use our platform.

By accessing or using VOIX, you agree to the terms of this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

Information we collect

Account information: your name, email address, and organisation details when you create an account or are invited to a workspace.

Call data: recordings, transcripts, and related metadata that your organisation submits to the platform. Your organisation is the controller of this data; VOIX processes it on their behalf and under their instructions.

Usage information: log data such as sign-in events, IP addresses, and browser type, used to keep the service secure and reliable.

How we use information

We use the information we process to provide the service: storing call records, producing transcripts and reviews, and making them available to the authorised members of your workspace.

We do not sell your data. We do not use your call recordings or transcripts to train models for anyone else.

Where your data lives

Customer data is hosted within the European Union. Data is encrypted in transit and at rest.

Retention

Your organisation controls how long call records are kept. When data is deleted by your organisation, or when an account is closed, it is removed from our systems within a reasonable period, subject to legal obligations.

Your rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights under the GDPR and similar laws, including the right to access, correct, export, or erase your personal data.

If your data was submitted by an organisation you interacted with, the organisation is the controller. We will refer requests to them where appropriate, and assist them in fulfilling their obligations.
